25 jokes only book nerds will understand

Some of these were funny in a book-nerd sort of way, some were clever and some went over my head. Apparently, I am not enough of a book nerd as I thought… Or maybe I read the wrong kinds of books.

My name is Terrie. I write for a living and blog for pleasure. Some days, I get up in the morning and know precisely what kind of day it is. At other times, I get knocked over for a loop. People seem to like confiding in me. When I was younger, I thought I knew everything and can tell you what you need to do if you ask me. Now that I'm older, I realize I don't know anything. That's been my motivation for the blog and for writing. To figure out the unknown and unknowable.

    1. I love the passive-aggressive raven and Roskolnikov’s inbox, even though I haven’t been able to finish Crime and Punishment, hehehe… I also like the Amy March T-shirt, but I don’t get the reference to the fruit slice (was that fruit??).. 🙂

      1. Ha ha passive-aggressive raven was hilarious! I never touched Crime and Punishment but the message windows were funny already (I would’ve probably been hitting my thigh if I had read the book). Meanwhile, I’m guessing the Amy March T-shirt has something to do with her being such a sourpuss in Jo’s early life? Jo and Teddy forever!
